SERVICE FEE: All service fees are due in advance 3 days prior to your appointment. You may pay cash, or by credit card through PayPal.

GROCERIES FEE: An advanced deposit is required for groceries shopping. You will be provided with a receipt for the total amount of the cost of food, at which time you will refund Chef Orlando for an amount equal to the remaining balance of the total purchase.

CONTAINERS FEE: You may choose between disposable or reusable containers. The actual container fee varies, depending on your selection.

CANCELLATION FEE: You may cancel your order up to, exaclty, 72 hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment at no cost to you. The cancellation fee increases thereafter.

In order to provide you with the best quality service, the Chef can only book so many engagements per week. We regret that we cannot bend these policies as they help maintain the program running smoothly.
